Elivia Homes has acquired a £30m GDV development site that was formerly home to Club Union Convalescent Home in Broadstairs, Kent, from a private vendor.
The site, which is located on the corner of Reading Street and Convent Road and adjacent to the North Foreland Golf Course, has planning permission for 24 homes.
James Barton, a partner in the City and East Land team at Knight Frank, which acted for the vendor, said: “The development is set to meet the modern lifestyle needs of future residents and will contribute significantly to the continued growth and vibrancy of this coastal community. I look forward to seeing the final product once the homes are completed.”
