Giulia Bunting, planning director at GL Hearn, has taken over as Revo president from Mark Bourgeois. She will be supported by Hark Group’s Mark Williams as vice president.
Mark Robinson, property director at Ellandi, was revealed as the new junior vice president. He will become president in 2018.
Before joining GL Hearn as planning director in January 2011, Bunting was head of planning in Drivers Jonas’ London office and held senior roles in local government.
Bunting said: “My aim going forward is to help create an organisation that truly represents its very diverse and evolving customer base, recognising the fast pace of change and the need to adapt to create product and places that people want to visit and that everyone can access and enjoy.”
Robinson founded Ellandi in 2008 with Morgan Garfield. It is the fourth largest shopping centre investor in the UK, with a portfolio of 30 shopping centres.
Robinson said: “It is a real honour to be appointed to this position at this exciting time in Revo’s evolution. I look forward to working with Giulia and Mark Williams over the next couple of years to help further establish Revo at the heart of the retail property community.”
