Emaar Properties has been tipped as a likely acquirer in Britain.
The Daily Telegraph reports that property sources say the United Emirates company is on the lookout for UK-based hotels businesses which it could convert and develop for the Armani Hotels and Resorts group.
Emaar has just acquired John Laing Homes of the US to create one of the world’s leading real estate developers in housebuilding.
