EMCOR UK has signed a 15-year lease for offices at 1 The Crescent in Surbiton, Surrey.
The construction consultant is paying £24.50 per sq ft for around 7,500 sq ft on the third floor of Albury Land’s building.
Rhodri Shaw, partner in Strutt & Parker’s national markets office agency team, which advised Albury, said: “Locations such as Surbiton are experiencing good levels of demand for high-quality product. Occupiers are now beginning to realise that Surbiton and neighbouring conurbations have very limited grade-A supply and we are well placed to capitalise on this.”
