Empiric has acquired a 134-bed student accommodation development in Sheffield for £10.7m.
The development, known asEmpiric has acquired a 134-bed student accommodation development in Sheffield for £10.7m, is being developed by a joint venture between Visage Properties and Galliard Homes named GHL (Portobello Road).
Due for completion in July 2016, the property is forward funded and will be marketed from November this year.
Empiric will receive an income return from the developer during the development period.
