Media company Endemol Shine has signed with Helical Bar for more space in The Shepherd Building, W14.
The company has added 8,000 sq ft at the site on a 10-year lease, taking its total occupancy to 80,500 sq ft.
It has been based in the building since 2011.
Endemol Shine was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
