Endurance Land boss steps down as Nan Fung ups stake to 100%

Jonathan Fletcher, chief executive and founder of Endurance Land, is leaving the firm following the sale of the remaining share in the business to majority owner Nan Fung.

Hong Kong-based Nan Fung has owned a majority share in the investment and development business since 2018.

The group said Fletcher would be stepping down to “explore new opportunities”.

Endurance Land’s management board said: “Endurance Land has reached a pivotal moment as it will further merge into Nan Fung Group. This full integration will further leverage the group’s resources to enhance the platform’s capabilities.

“We are grateful for Jonathan’s past leadership and contributions, which have been invaluable to the evolution of Endurance Land.”

Fletcher added: “Since I started the business in 2006 as an innovative developer the team has made its mark on London and as I pass the torch, I am confident that Endurance Land will continue to thrive under the expanded resources and strategic direction of Nan Fung group.”
