Energi Trampoline Parks has signed for the remaining space at Otium Real Estate’s 139,000 sq ft Newport Leisure Park in Newport in Gwent.
It is taking 20,000 sq ft on a 25-year lease and will pay £190,000 pa.
Other recent lettings at the park include xercise4less, Home Bargains and Tiffins.
Ashley Blake, chief executive officer of Otium, said: “Energi’s signing brings another major anchor to Newport Leisure Park, which is now fully let.”
