Consulting engineers Zisman Bower & Partners have taken a new ten-year lease at Ambassador House in Richmond-upon-Thames.
The firm has take the 9,219 sq ft first floor at a rent of £26.50 per sq ft. It is the largest single letting to take place in Richmond in more than 12 months.
The building now has just one floor vacant, the 7,589 sq ft ground floor.
Colliers International and Michael Rogers advised landlord Colliers Capital, on behalf of Leicestershire county council pension fund; Doherty Baines acted for Zisman Bowyer & Partners.
