English Partnerships, the UK governments regeneration agency, is launching a database which gives inward investors full details of key development sites in England.
The Strategic Sites Database provides information on planning, infrastructure and land values. The database will be available via the internet.
Launching the free service at MIPIM 97, EPs chief executive Anthony Dunnett said: “The database will be a huge asset for any company wanting instant, accurate and up-to-date-information on investment and expansion in England.”
