Enterprise made an £8m recommended offer for Inner CityEnterprises.
Enterprise is an Aim-listed specialist business services company.Inner City is a consulting and development group specialising in urbanregeneration.
Enterprise also announced pre-tax profits of £1.7m for the yearto October 31, against £2.9m last time. It made losses of£736,000 in the first half and exceptional restructuring costs of£892,000. Turnover was flat at £20.1m.
