The Environment Agency has taken 27,000 sq ft at Birmingham’s Aqua House on a ten-year lease.
The 40,000 sq ft building, owned by the Canal & River Trust, was refurbished recently and is now fully let.
Quoted rents at the property are £16.50 per sq ft.
