Flexible office provider EQ has finished construction of its $32m Playa District scheme in Los Angeles.
EQ, which is owned by Blackstone’s real estate funds, has launched the 33-acre campus which features flexible workspace, a gym and retail areas.
An app has been created by District Technologies so tenants can view building updates, campus events and access benefits on site.
Tim Marchal, vice-president and portfolio director at EQ, said: “EQ, along with partners like Industrious, Winsome and District Tech, has reimagined Playa District into a community for businesses to attract, support and retain employees.
“Playa District offers a transformed, modern work environment that extends far beyond office doors, and we’re thrilled to officially be up and running.”
