Humanscale, a company designing furniture and other products to improve health and comfort at work, has taken space at Chancery Place in Manchester.
The company has signed for 1,671 sq ft on the 12th floor, making it a neighbour of Colliers, which has its regional office on the same storey and is also a leasing agent for the building.
Pakize Nasuh, Humanscale’s managing director for the UK and Ireland, said that the company has “always recognised the importance” of having a presence in Manchester, noting it is “the fastest growing tech city in Europe”.
