Erinaceous’ commercial auctions team has been made redundant following the collapse of the business on Monday.
The residential auctions team has not been made redundant.
Jason Birch, managing director of the auctions business said: “We are considering a number of options and I am confident that my team and I will be running auctions again under different ownership”.
The property management business of Erinaceous has already been acquired by Leeds-based Eddisons and a number of MBOs from within the company are understood to be taking place, including Geoff Egan’s take back of Egan Lawson.
