Trading at property services and insurance company Erinaceous has picked up following its recording of a £1.7m pre-tax loss at its full-year results last month.
Chief executive Neil Bellis said that trading in the first three months of the year had been strong.
He said the company’s residential property services division was achieving double digit growth, while the commercial property services division was benefiting from the integration of Dunlop Heywood Lorenz and ISG Occupancy and had produced a good set of results in the quarter.
Bellis added: “The property insurance services division has performed well with Farr being awarded a three-year insurance contract for Wakefield and District Housing, which, at 32,000 units, is the second biggest UK local authority transfer ever into social housing.”
