Ernst & Young has taken 60,000 sq ft of overflow office space at 6 More London Place on Tooley Street, SE1.
The accountancy giant has signed to take the space from consultant Aon Hewitt, and will pay rent of around £45 per sq ft. E&Y has taken an assignment of Aon Hewitt’s lease until 2023.
E&Y already occupies 35,000 sq ft at 6 More London and 387,000 sq ft at its 1 More London headquarters nearby.
CBRE advised Aon Hewitt; Jones Lang LaSalle acted for E&Y.
