Eskmuir has secured planning permission for a complete revamp of its The Square office complex in Leatherhead.
The investment company will refurbish its four buildings on Randalls Way totalling 68,180 sq ft, to be more energy efficient and provide more grade-A space.
In addition, the site will include a new landscaped environment and more car parking spaces, following Mole Valley district council’s approval of the plans.
Tom Mellows, senior director at Savills, which has been instructed to find pre-let tenants for the development, said: “This planning consent is fantastic news for The Square. Product of this quality with great parking provision and in such close proximity to a railway station and town centre is a real rarity in the South M25 market.”
