One of the founders of PRS developer Essential Living has joined affordable housing developer and contractor Guildmore.
Martin Bellinger has joined the firm as executive chairman.
The firm has a £100m pipeline and has formed projects with the likes of Metropolitan, Notting Hill and Hexagon.
It recently completed the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Poplar Baths in Tower Hamlets, E14.
Bellinger left Essential Living last June as part of a reorganisation of the M3 Capital partners-backed firm.
Bellinger said: “Affordable housing could not be higher up on the political agenda right now and I am excited to be working on a number of developments and exciting mixed-use schemes that will make a huge difference to their respective communities.”
