Estates & General has sold the Cambrian Retail Centre in Newport, Gwent, for £3.54m. The sale price reflects a yield of 8%.
The 5,388 sq m (58,000 sq ft) investment produces £296,000 pa, including 557 sq m (6,000 sq ft) recently let to Scottish & Newcastle Retail for £65,000 pa.
Smith & Co acted for Estates & General on the letting and DTZ Debenham Thorpe represented them on the sale.
