International beauty company Estee Lauder is to consolidate its British and Irish headquarters into one building in London by the end of the year.
A 144,000 sq ft building at 1 Fitzroy Place in Mortimer Street, which is being developed by Exemplar Properties and Aviva Investors, will have branded retail shopfronts.
