Ethel Austin Investment Properties in a joint venture alongside Highneal have sold 29 shops in Huton Merseyside to Ventnor, for £105m – a 7.2% yield.

Tenants include KFC, Lunn Poly, British Heart Foundation, New Look and the local authority, who together provide a total annual rent of £800,000.
