Clothing retailer Ethel Austin has been bought out of administration.
North West businessman Mike Basso has bought 32 Ethel Austin stores from administrators at Duff & Phelps.
Ethel Austin, which had 48 shops, went into administration for the fourth time on 18 July.
The company was last bought out of administration by Ashloch in August 2011.
