European fund management group Europa Capital has made a series of promotions. Sandra Capan and James Fortescue, previously senior associates in the Northern Europe team, are now associate directors.
Kerry Noonan and Julie Spencer, who were formerly associates in the asset finance and corporate finance teams respectively, are now senior associates.

The group is currently investing two European real estate funds, the Europa Fund III and Europa Emerging Europe fund, which targets Eastern Europe. So far the funds have raised €895m (£710.9m) of equity capital.
