Real estate investor Europa has hired RBC Capital Markets’ Mantas Storpirstis as a director in its asset management team.
London-based Storpirstis will report to Jeremy Bullock, head of value-add asset management, and help to drive a new investment strategy of what Storpirstis called “identifying mispriced risk in real estate”.
Storpirstis spent the past three and a half years RBC Capital Markets, originating senior and mezzanine debt as well as whole loans in the UK and Europe.
Before that he worked at Revetas Capital Advisors, where he specialised in real estate investment in Central and Eastern Europe.
