LaSalle Investment Management’s European managing director Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz is leaving the business to join a listed Australian property company as chief executive.
Lloyd-Hurwitz, who has previously held senior executive roles at Australian companies Macquarie Group and Lend Lease, is moving to Australia to take the helm of Mirvac Group by the end of the year. She will replace Nick Collishaw, who joined Mirvac in 2005 and became chief executive in 2008.
Her responsibilities at the fund management business will be assumed by European chief executive Simon Marrison and other senior members of LIM’s regional team.
