Flexible business space provider Evans Easyspace is to open its first business centre within the M25.
Evans has formed a jv with Pinner Properties to complete a £7m reburbishment of a 22,000 sq ft office building in central Pinner, north west London, to provide a mix of offices, hot desking and meeting rooms.
The Evan Business Centre will be in a Pinner Properties-owned building, formally occupied by Intercontinental Medical Supplies, on the corner of Marsh Road and Eastcote Road.
Refurbishment work has already started and the centre is due to open early in 2007.
Tom Stokes, MD of Evans Easyspace, said: “In five years, Evans Easyspace has become a national brand with more than 36 centres open already around the country, and many more in the pipeline.
“This building in Pinner is an ideal location for our first venture within the M25 and will give many people the opportunity to avoid the grind of commuting into the city centre.
Evans Easyspace has recently been appointed a development surveyor to continue expansion into the South East and the South West, and a further development surveyor is soon to be appointed to cover Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic.
Over the past year Evans has been opening on e business centre per month, a figure Stoke hopes to double with the appointment of the two new surveyors.
