Evans Property Group is to speculatively develop a further 1.45m sq ft of warehousing space on its 300-acre Fradley Park scheme near Lichfield.
A 400,000 sq ft high bay warehouse is to be built and units of up to one million sq ft will be offered on a pre-let basis.
Fradley Park is being developed speculatively alongside design and build requirements.
