Private equity group Evans Randall has let the lower ground floor of 15 Sackville Street, W1, to Kewville, a subsidiary of Four Seasons Group.
The letting is the first for Evans Randall since it bought the 34,000 sq ft building from Mitsui in April this year.
The fifth floor of the building is let to GulfStream Aerospace, and the ground floor is understood to be under offer.
CBRE and Knight Frank acted as advisers.
