Evans Randall has sold Covent Garden in Brussels, Belgium, to Hannover Leasing, in partnership with a major Asian institutional investor.
The sale of the 753,470 sq ft office complex represents the second-largest single transaction in the Belgian market in 2014.
The property has been fully let since 2012, with the majority of the building let to the European Commission.
