Leeds-based Evans Property Group has secured detailed planning permission for a 20,000 sq ft office building in York.
Piccadilly One will be developed over four floors in the city centre location of Piccadilly.
Iain Robertson, development director at Evans, said, “The grant of a detailed planning consent for a new high quality office building within the City walls gives Evans Property Group the opportunity to take the development of office accommodation within York to a new level and we look forward to the commencement of construction works.”
Construction is due to begin later this year with the offices available for occupation by autumn 2006.
