Ask Developments has been doing its bit to improve the fitness of 1,400 Manchester city council staff by organising military fitness classes at its First Street offices.
Manchester firm Civilian Military Fitness – which puts members of the public through a military-style boot camp – has been running classes at the scheme.
CMF managing director Jamie Bloor, pictured with Ask director John Hughes, said: “It’s a no-nonsense way to get fit.”
