Private developer Eversleigh Investments is drawing up plans for the first business park in Marlborough, Wiltshire.
Eversleigh has bought a 15.12-acre (6.119ha) site, which is located just south of Marlborough, from The Crown Estate Commissioners.
Some 9.34 acres (3.78ha) will be redeveloped as offices, warehousing and commercial space for small businesses.
Work on site should start in three to four weeks.
