Everyman and Premier Inn sign up for Wokingham regen

Wokingham-Elms-Field-570Everyman Cinemas and Premier Inn have agreed 25-year leases at Wilson Bowden and Wokingham Borough Council’s Elms Field regeneration project in Wokingham, Berkshire.

In addition to a 92-bedroom hotel and three-screen boutique cinema, the £25m mixed-use scheme will include a 17,000 sq ft food store, four restaurants over 12,000 sq ft, 15,000 sq ft of shops and an 88-space car park.

Work is due to begin in spring 2017 with completion scheduled for autumn 2018.
