Everyman is to operate a new three-screen cinema at British Land’s Broadgate Campus, EC2.
It will open in 11,000 sq ft across the ground and lower floors at the 247,000 sq ft 1 Finsbury Avenue, which is currently being redeveloped and will open in 2019.
British Land and GIC are looking to drive forward the mixed-use and leisure feel of the Broadgate campus, diversifying away from its traditional financial feel. A new Italian food market, Eataly, is to open its first UK location at 135 Broadgate in 2020.
