Evolve Estates has bought the long leasehold interest in St Martin’s Walk shopping centre in Dorking, Surrey, from Stamford Properties.
The 64,000 sq ft mall, which comprises 25 shops and 10,000 sq ft of office space, was on the market for around £14m.
Jim Remfry of CWM said: “St Martins Walk dominates the catchment area and continues to see year-on-year footfall growth of the strong and improving retail and leisure mix.”
CBRE advised Stamford properties, CWM advised Evolve Estates.
