Evolve Estates has let the last remaining spaces at its M Waterborne Walk shopping centre in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.
The latest tenants are Love Desserts, Top Tee Golf and Fuzinity, a children’s soft-play operator, with the three lettings covering a combined 9,582 sq ft.
Evolve Estates is a property investment and development company with a portfolio valued at over £400m. It is a part of M Core, which has assets under management of over £5.3bn across the UK and Europe.
The company bought the 77,750 sq ft, 20-shop centre in 2021. It has a Waitrose as its anchor tenant.
In a social media post, Chris Daly, head of asset management at Evolve Estates, said: “We are thrilled to have secured three final tenants to the scheme. This is one of a number of our schemes that are now fully let.
“With a portfolio occupancy rate of over 97%, we are further demonstrating our ability to implement Evolve’s leasing strategy, continuing to demonstrate our best-in-class asset management platform.”
