Evri expands logistics network in Sheffield and Bristol

Evri has signed two 10-year lease agreements for sites in Sheffield and Bristol to facilitate the ongoing expansion of its logistics network.

The delivery giant has taken 132,977 sq ft at Newhall 130 in Sheffield, owned by Urban Logistics REIT, and 113,573 sq ft at Trebor and Hillwood’s Central Approach in Bristol.

The Bristol site will be used as a key regional distribution hub for Evri.

Both deals were secured by Lambert Smith Hampton. The agent has also been appointed to find sites for Evri across London, the South East and the West and East Midlands for short-term last-mile delivery units to meet seasonal business demand. Evri is seeking around 20 “pop-up” units of between 3,000 sq ft and 20,000 sq ft on short-term flexible leases.

Colliers and CBRE advised Trebor and Hillwood.
