Ewart has confirmed Town Centre Securities (TCS) has made a bid for the company following the hostile bid from Dublin-based Dunloe House.
A statement from the board of Ewart said TCS was one of several “third parties” interested in bidding for the company.
Dunloe launched its £22.5m bid for Northern Ireland’s only quoted property company last December.
The hostile bid caused consternation on the Ewart board. The company released its results last week which revealed Ewart spent £100,000 repelling the hostile bid.
