Ewen Hill has left CB Richard Ellis to become Colliers CRE’s head of international investment.
Since 1990, working in mainland Europe for Jones Lang LaSalle and then CB Richard Ellis, Hill established new offices for the two agents in Vienna, Prague, Warsaw and Bucharest and was involved with the 400m acquisition of the Telecom Italia portfolio and the $50m sale of Renaissance Tower in Warsaw for Apollo-Rida.
Returning to the UK earlier this year, responsible for inward investment to the UK, he completed the £37m acquisition of CBRE’s West End headquarters, Kingsley House, for a German open-ended fund.
“I am very pleased to join Colliers CRE, which has a great reputation in the UK and a strong sense of team spirit,” said Hill.
