The former chief executive of flexible office operator Argyll has taken a new role with LentaSpace.
Tim Giles joins the company as managing director, working alongside chairman Mark Gibbor. LentaSpace owns and operates 13 buildings across London.
Giles worked at Argyll for more then two decades, and was chief executive from 2013 until he left in 2017. He was then chief operating officer at Beaumont Offices until 2023, since which time he has run Defton Real Estate, his own flexible offices advisory firm.
Giles said: “With such an established brand, I see my remit as one of evolution, not revolution. I am looking forward to working with the team, meeting our clients and taking the business forward.”
