Netherlands-based Kadans Science Partner has hired Mark Hanna to lead its UK property portfolio management.
The newly created role will involve overseeing day-to-day real estate operations, identifying new opportunities and onboarding new tenants.
Hanna comes from NHS managed services provider Carveti Partnership, where he was the head of property and operations. Prior to that, he was with Bruntwood for five years, working on traditional property management activities as well as other areas including supplier and contract management, fleet, business rates and insurance.
Earlier in his career, Hanna was a member of CBRE’s Middle East team and has served as a surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield’s Glasgow office.
The move comes shortly after the developer revealed its UK headcount expansion plans, with two more mid-senior-level appointments expected to follow later this year, taking the team to a total of 16 people.
