Former Capital Properties managing director Mark Burgess has joined CBRE’s national team as senior director of asset services.
He will be based in the firm’s Manchester office, working on projects throughout the country.
Burgess previously worked for CBRE in 2008 and has also worked at Bruntwood and Savills.
CBRE national team managing director Adrian McStay said: “We are delighted that Mark has joined us and are confident that he will help us to develop the services across our nationwide portfolio. Mark has a dynamic and entrepreneurial approach to business that will see us working together on some exciting projects over the coming months.”
