Newmark has appointed Sebastian Wallis as a senior leader in its Valuation team in the UK.
Prior to joining Newmark, Wallis led CBRE’s London residential valuation team and was responsible for expanding the size of the practice. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at Knight Frank, where he led the firm’s London residential development valuation team for more than a decade.
In his new role, Wallis will focus on high-value residential development and investment assets across prime central London and major regeneration zones.
