Trevor Osborne, one-time head of Speyhawk, is heading an action group opposing proposals to build homes and offices on a former Fullers earth works outside Bath, in the village of Combe Hay.
He once helped design the sort of scheme that is being proposed, when he led the Urban Villages Forum.
