A former DTZ Investment Management associate director has launched a new property venture.
Patrick Quinlan has launched Pulteney Property Partners to advise institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds and high-net-worth individuals on real estate disposals and purchases.
Essentially a joint venture servicing firm, it has offices at 26 York Street, W1, and in Bath. It will concentrate on deals in London, the South East and the South West.
Quinlan left DTZ IM in July after six years with the company.
