Stuart Burdon-Bailey, former head of leisure at Curson Sowerby Partners, has launched an advisory business specialising in leasing, development, consultancy, asset management and tenant representation.
Edit Leisure is expected to offer landlords strategic development and leasing advice, while also supporting occupiers by providing expertise from site acquisitions and disposals to lettings and leasebacks.
Burdon-Bailey’s career has involved working within global consultancy firms such as CBRE and JLL. He now has more than 20 years’ experience in the property and leisure industry, with a particular focus on the cinema sector.
Burdon-Bailey said: “The leisure sector experienced huge disruption during the pandemic but remains a vital part of our social fabric, as evidenced by its ability to recover so quickly. I will use my experience and deep market knowledge to create opportunities for established and emerging concepts as the industry rebuilds and evolves.”
