The terms of agreement struck by Guardian Royal Exchange Properties and C A Computer Associates over the latter’s occupation of the 82,000-sq ft Exchange West in Slough — which were shrouded in secrecy when the deal was made — have now been made public.
The letting, which was announced a month ago, involves the computer company paying £11.50 per sq ft for the gross external area.
Letting agents Brian Cooper & Co and Fletcher King say this gives GRE “a healthy 9% return” on the capital invested.
Dunlop Heywood represented the tenants in the transaction.
