Arlington has sold 4.8ha (12 acres) at Coventry Business Park in Canley for £2.7m. The purchaser, tobacconist supplier Palmer & Harvey, will build a 79,320m2 (196,000 sq ft) distribution centre on the site.
The deal is the second at the park, which is the site of the former Rover Group plant. Last October, Honda/Unipart bought 6ha (15 acres) for a 85,344m2 (280,000 sq ft) factory.
Strutt & Parker is advising Arlington while Palmer & Harvey were unrepresented.
