MEPC and Richardson Developments’ St Chad’s Court in Birmingham, on the market since 1994, has been put under offer by the Secretary of State for Health.
If the deal goes through, the 3,530 sq m (38,000 sq ft) speculative office building in Edgbaston will be occupied by the South Birmingham Health Authority. The organisation is consolidating its operations in the city.
The quoting rent on the air-conditioned space is £134.55 per sq m (£12.50 per sq ft) including car parking.
Lambert Smith Hampton and Grimley are the letting agents. The Secretary of State for Health was unrepresented.
